Moreton Hire is looking for a creative, technically solid Exhibition Designer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across major exhibitions, corporate events, and large-scale temporary structures - with genuine career progression into senior design, project leadership, or commercial roles.

About the Role

n

You'll be responsible for designing custom exhibition stands, temporary structures and event environments for clients across Australia.

n

This role blends creativity + technical delivery, working closely with our sales, operations and project teams to bring concepts to life.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Designing exhibition stands and event spaces using CAD and Revit
n
- Producing 3D renders, layouts and technical drawings
n
- Collaborating with sales to develop client-facing concepts and proposals
n
- Working with operations teams to ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective and efficient
n
- Leveraging AI tools to improve workflows,



concept development and presentation outputs
n
- Contributing to design innovation across modular systems and custom builds
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in exhibition design, events, architecture or similar
n
- Strong skills in:
n
- AutoCAD / Revit
n
- Rendering tools (Enscape, Lumion, etc.)
n
- Interest and capability in using AI tools for design and productivity
n
- Ability to balance creative thinking with practical delivery
n
- Strong communication skills - able to work across sales, clients and operations
n
