RN - Lismore Base - Coronary Care Unit (CCU)

Lismore Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Coronary Care Unit on a contract basis, starting from 7 September 2026. This is a focused opportunity to deliver high-level cardiac nursing care in a specialised ward workplace. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of AUD$45.00 to AUD$60.00, with a minimum commitment of four weeks. - Specialised coronary care nursing in a dedicated CCU setting

- AUD$45.00 to AUD$60.00 per hour, contract position from 7 September
n
- Four-week minimum engagement with potential for extension

Preferred Requirements

n

n
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
n




- Demonstrated experience in coronary care or acute cardiac nursing
n
- Competence in cardiac monitoring, ECG interpretation, and acute patient assessment
n
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of a contract placement
n

Preferred Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
n
- Post-graduate qualification or demonstrated expertise in cardiac or critical care nursing
n
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain it
n
