About the role

n

Are you passionate about workforce planning and driving operational excellence? Join RACQ as a Resource Planner and play a key role in supporting our roadside assistance operations through strategic scheduling and resource optimisation. This opportunity offers pay rate of $43.23 per hour.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop and manage resource schedules to meet service level targets and operational demands.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
n
- Maintain and enhance workforce planning frameworks to support continuous improvement.
n
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and service level improvements.
n

About you:

n

n
- A few years of experience in workforce/resource planning or a related operational role.
n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
n
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.
