Responsibilities

- Prospecting, generating leads, and building a strong local pipeline
n
- Conducting buyer and seller conversations, providing a high standard of service
n
- Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from appraisal to negotiation and close
n
- Attending open homes and buyer appointments, maintaining strong follow-up
n
- Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and hit performance targets
n




- Maintaining professional communication and accurate records throughout the sales process
n

Requirements

n

n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
n
- Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong professionalism, and a goal-driven mindset
n
- Sales experience preferred but not essential (attitude and work ethic are key)
