About the Chance

Join NT PHNinaPMO (Project Management Office) & Portfolio Leadrole whoprovides enterprise leadership for PMO capability, portfoliooversightand the coordinated delivery of major organisational initiatives. The role leads change management for organisation-wide initiatives to support the successful adoption, transition and embedding of project outcomes.

The position develops and continuously improves PMO frameworks, standards, controls and change practices, builds organisational capability in their consistent use, and provides assurance on their effective application. It also gives executives clear visibility of project status, risks, dependencies,milestonesand change impacts, while partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen planning, engagement,readinessand change adoption.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevantdegree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.
- Demonstrated experience inestablishing,leadingor maturing PMO functions, project governanceframeworksand portfolio oversight practices across a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience leading the implementation of project management and change management frameworks,standardsand controls across an organisation, including building organisational capability through training,coachingand support.
- Demonstrated ability tomonitorand assure the effective use of frameworks, standards,templatesand controls, including identifying gaps in adoption, compliance or capability and driving corrective action.
- Demonstrated experience leading change management for organisation-wide initiatives and supporting,advisingor coaching staff to lead change management within their own projects.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives, including monitoring milestones, risks, issues, dependencies,change impacts and delivery status across multiple workstreams, and preparing high-quality reporting, insights and strategic advice for executives, governanceforumsand other decision-makers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills,



with the ability to work collaboratively across branches and influence consistent approaches to planning, reporting,deliveryand change adoption.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail anddemonstratedability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, organisational change, delivery risks,interdependenciesand escalation points in a practical andtimelyway.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business improvement and organisational maturity through stronger governance, coordination, visibility, change management and ways of working.

About the Role

Key priorities include:

- Lead the development,implementationand continuous improvement of NT PHN's PMO frameworks, standards, templates, projectcontrolsand change management approachesthrough strong onsite engagement with teams.
- Build organisation-widecapabilityby working closely and in person with leaders and project teams to coach, support and embed consistent use of PMO methodologies, governancerequirementsand tools.
- Maintain enterprise-wide project and portfolio registers to support portfolio oversight, prioritisation, change impact visibility and coordinated delivery across organisational initiatives.
- Lead change planning for organisation-wide initiatives, including stakeholder impact assessment, readiness planning, communication planning, transition support and adoption monitoring.
- Provide hands on advice, tools, coaching and support to staff acting as change leads within their own projects to strengthen consistency, readiness and adoption across the organisation.
- Coordinate and monitor project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, change impacts and status updates to provide timely and accurate visibility of delivery progress and emerging delivery risks.
- Prepare and provide high-quality portfolio reporting, dashboards and strategic insights for the Executive and relevant governance or oversight forums, including visibility of change readiness, adoptionrisksand framework compliance.




- Support portfolio prioritisation,sequencingand escalation processes to strengthen organisational decision-making, delivery discipline and change capacity across the organisation.
- Promote consistent project methodologies and fit-for-purpose change management practices across the organisation, providing advice, guidance and coaching to teams asrequired.
- Provide delivery assurance by identifying emerging issues, resistance points, coordination gaps and opportunities to improve project governance, reporting, transition and implementation processes.
- Partner closely with business areas to strengthen project planning, stakeholder engagement, implementation and embedding of change, contributing to broader organisational maturity.
- Maintain an agile and responsive approach to changing priorities, ensuring portfolio oversight and change coordination remain practical,visibleand aligned to organisational needs.
