We're working with a highly regarded and growing local real estate agency who are looking to welcome a Property Manager to their established team in Dromana. This is not your typical high-volume Property Management role. You'll manage a local portfolio of approximately 140 properties, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your landlords and tenants while maintaining a high level of service.

The Role:

n

- Conducting routine inspections and managing outgoings
n
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Coordinating maintenance and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
n
- Staying on top of compliance and portfolio requirements
n
- Providing exceptional service to your clients
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider Property Management team
n

About You

n

You'll ideally have:

n

- Previous residential Property Management experience
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
n
- Current Victorian Estate Agent's Representative registration
n
