Job Description

Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) seeks a dedicated Training and Assessment Trainer to deliver competency-based programs across the Western Region, advising, coaching, supervising, and monitoring Volunteer Unit Trainers.

The role supports Operational Readiness, develops plans to reduce training gaps with Unit Support Teams, and ensures training records comply with VICSES RTO and health and safety standards.
