CQUniversity is seeking a Workforce Capability Partner to design, develop and deliver engaging learning and development initiatives that build capability across our diverse workforce. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify capability needs and deliver practical, high-quality learning resources and programs.
You will also support and administer our learning management system, facilitate training, and help drive a culture of continuous development across the University.
