Our client has been helping Australians furnish their homes with stylish, quality furniture and personalised service for decades.

We're looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join our team in Preston.
n
You'll help keep things running smoothly by:
n
n
- Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and online
n
- Booking and coordinating customer deliveries
n
- Keeping customers updated on their orders
n
- Helping resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues
n
- Supporting the showroom, warehouse and delivery teams
n
- Completing general administration, data entry and record keeping
n
- Assisting with payments, banking and end-of-day reconciliations
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
- Has some experience in customer service or administration
n
- Is friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers
n
- Is organised and accurate
n
- Communicates well over the phone and in writing
n
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details
n
- Is comfortable using email, CRM and computer systems
n
- Enjoys solving problems and getting things sorted
n
- Works well independently and as part of a team
n
n
Experience in retail, furniture, logistics or delivery coordination would be great, but isn't essential.
