ABOUT THE ROLE

n

Position

n

Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to join its Concrete Construction and Drainage team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of labouring and concreting tasks, supporting the maintenance and construction of footpaths, cycleways, kerb and guttering, drainage systems, and other concrete structures.

To be successful you will bring

- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in all aspects of concreting, including formwork, pouring and screeding / finishing.
n
- Demonstrated experience in and ability to perform a range of physical labouring duties associated with the maintenance and construction of roads, roadsides and related infrastructure.

- Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
n
- Demonstrated ability to operate various items of minor plant and equipment.

- A salary range of $59,700 to $68,600 per annum (plus 12% superannuation) dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications.
