We service a wide range of industries, specialising in the supply and custom fabrication of Architectural, Building, Construction, and Engineering plastics. Because every project is different, this is a dynamic, hands‐on role where no two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Custom fabrication & machining: Plastic gluing/welding, shaping, bending, and precision cutting using various workshop machines and power tools.
n
- Job management: Using our digital business system to log project progress, track time against specific jobs, and update order statuses in real-time.
n
- Plans & drawings: Interpreting PDF workshop drawings and architectural plans to ensure precision.
n
- Inventory & Safety:



Picking correct stock, conducting basic machine checks, as well as maintaining a clean safe and work area.
n
- Work with an assorted range of plastics, including but limited to: Acrylic (Perspex), Polycarbonate, PVC, HDPE, ABS ...
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Skills & Experience:n n
- Solid background in plastic fabrication or carpentry is essential.
n
- Proven ability to read PDF workshop drawings and architectural plans.
n
- Tech-savviness: Comfortable using tablets or computers to navigate job tickets and update internal project records using ERP software.
n
- Operation and safety experience with CNC routing, laser cutting/engraving, and lasers is a plus!
n

- Effective communication skills: Essential for working smoothly with the team and following project specs.
n
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
n

- General Requirements:n

n
- Full Australian working rights.
n
- Physically fit (lifting and bending required)
n
- Reliable transport to work - on-site staff parking is available, and public transport is within walking distance.
n
- Forklift licence is a big plus.
n
