Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service across ourbistro and bar areas, including our coffeeshop
n
- Take orders and serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
n
- Maintain clean and organised service areas
n
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
n
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and respectful workplace
n
- Uphold all health, safety, and RSA/RSG compliance standards
n

What You'll Bring:

- A positive,



can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
n
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (essential)
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting
n
- Barista experience is a plus
n
- RSA and RSG certifications (preferred, but can be obtained upon commencement)
n
