We are currently seeking experienced and compassionateMental Health Support Workersto join our team inBonnyrigg(SIL house setting).

n Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support for individuals with mental health conditions such asSchizophrenia,Bipolar Disorder,Self-Harm, and complex behaviors.
n
- SupportCorrective Services participantswith their rehabilitation and mental health needs.
n
- Work collaboratively with clients to promote their independence and well-being.
n
- Assist with day-to-day activities and ensure clients receive the appropriate care and support.
n

Essential Experience:

n

n




- Minimum of2 years experiencein mental health support, particularly withSchizophrenia,Bipolar,Self-Harm, and complex behaviors.
n
- Experience supportingCorrective Services participantsis highly desirable.
n

n

Required Credentials:

n

- Mental Health First Aid(highly desirable)
n
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- First Aid and CPR Certification
n
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
n
- NDIS Modules
n
- Infection Control Certificate
n
- Police Check
n
- Valid Australian Drivers License
n
- Own reliable transport
n
