Job Description
Keegan Adams Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded financial advice firm to recruit a Client Services Associate to join their growing team.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer, Adviser Assistant or Financial Planning Administrator looking to work within a collaborative environment where client service and operational excellence are highly valued.
n
You will play a key role supporting Financial Advisers with the implementation of advice, client administration and ongoing client service, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.
n
The Opportunity
n
In this role, you will act as an important link between advisers, clients and external providers, ensuring advice is implemented accurately, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing client communications and responding to enquiries
n
- Supporting advisers with the implementation of financial advice
n
- Preparing documentation for new client onboarding
n
- Processing client requests including applications, rollovers, withdrawals, redemptions and other financial documentation
n
- Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain required client information
n
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system
n
- Assisting with daily investment and cash reconciliations
n
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and ongoing client administration
n
- Working closely with operations and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
n
n
About You
n
n
- Previous experience in a Client Services, Financial Planning Support or Adviser Assistant role
n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Understanding of financial services compliance and advice implementation
n
- A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting advisers and clients
n
n
