We are seeking an experienced customer service and administrative professionals at the APS4 level to join our Commonwealth Government client. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, telephony-based environment, serving as an initial point of contact for clients and stakeholders while providing operational and administrative support to service delivery teams.

An initial 24-month labour hire contract is on offer.

This role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and is based in Brisbane, QLD. The role operates within a rostered environment between 7:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Please note: only Australian citizens who have the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance can be considered for this role. Employment will be contingent on passing a pre-engagement check and holding Working a Vulnerable People registration or a Working with Children Check.

Duties:
n
n
- Undertake frontline telephony duties and manage all initial client and stakeholder contact.
n
- Efficiently interact with multiple ICT systems to manage client information and respond to enquiries as a member of a remote administrative team, in line with expected KPI and performance targets.
n
- Monitor and ensure compliance with telephony schedule and service standards.
n
- Facilitate the timely resolution of process and procedural enquiries.
n
- Provide process knowledge and support to team members.
n
- Deliver front-of-house and administrative support across service delivery streams, including data entry and record management.
n
- Attend and actively participate in learning and development activities, while engaging in regular coaching and performance discussions.
n
- Provide administrative support to learning and development activities, including training assistance where required.
n
- Demonstrated experience supporting business operations and service delivery within a health, human services and/or government environment.
n
- Strong IT skills and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service delivery environment.
