About the Role
n
The Learn to Swim Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality swimming instruction to Swim School students. This role focuses on enhancing water safety awareness, building confidence in and around aquatic environments, and developing students' swimming technique and skills.
n
Shifts for this role are generally scheduled from 3:15 PM to 5:45 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
n

- Teaching swimming techniques, swimming strokes, and water safety rules to students with varying swimming abilities.
n
- Assessing the progress of students and adjusting teaching programs accordingly.
n
- Implementing ground rules for each swim session.
n
- Planning swimming lessons that consider students' abilities and progressive development.
n
- Identifying incorrect swimming techniques and correcting students accordingly.
n
- Ensuring that the swimming pool and areas are kept clean and tidy.
n

- Current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certificate

- Current CPR certificate
