About the Role

n

As a key member of our front‐of‐shop team, you'll help customers with OTC medicines, beauty, skincare, vitamins and everyday essentials — all while delivering the friendly, helpful service Priceline is known for.

n

You'll keep the store looking amazing, support promotional campaigns,



and help create an unforgettable customer experience every day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering warm, confident customer service and product advice
n
- Assisting customers with S2/S3 enquiries
n
- Driving sales through product knowledge and genuine engagement
n
- Merchandising, stock control and maintaining a polished store presentation
n
- Supporting daily retail operations and working closely with the team
n
- Creating a welcoming, upbeat environment that customers love returning to
n

What You Bring

n

n
- S2/S3 certification
n
- At least 2 years' experience in community pharmacy
n
- A friendly, helpful personality with a strong customer‐first mindset
n
- Excellent communication and rapport‐building skills
n
- Reliable, organised and proactive — you get things done
n
- Knowledge in vitamins, skincare and colour cosmetics is highly advantageous
n
- A passion for beauty, health and retail is a big plus
