Job Description

Telair is a growing, independent telecommunications and IT provider based in Brisbane. We are adding two Inside Sales Account Managers to look after our SMB customer base, offering a path to a long-term career in technology sales and coaching from a supportive team.

You will own a portfolio of around 400 SMB customers, engaging over the phone, identifying needs, and presenting solutions. You'll use CRM and Power BI insights, manage recontracting and upsell opportunities, with transparent monthly
