We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team at a leading electrical wholesaler in Seven Hills.

The Role

n

As part of our Internal Sales team, you'll be at the heart of the business—looking after customers, generating sales and helping keep things moving.

n

Your day will include:

n

n
- Building robust relationships with new and existing customers
n
- Handling phone, email and counter sales enquiries
n
- Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
n
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Providing product advice and finding the right solutions for customers
n
- Working closely with the external sales and warehouse teams
n
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow sales
n
- Delivering the kind of service that keeps customers coming back
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, plenty of drive and a genuine interest in sales.

n

Ideally, you'll bring:





n

n
- Previous sales or customer service experience
n
- Electrical wholesale or electrical industry experience highly regarded
n
- A current driver's licence – essential
n
- A current forklift licence – preferred
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A proactive, motivated and competitive approach to sales
n
- Good computer and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work well in a busy team environment
n
- A willingness to learn products and develop your industry knowledge
n

Don't have electrical wholesale experience? Don't let that stop you. If you've got the sales ability, attitude and willingness to learn, training will be provided.
