Warehouse, Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Carillion Wines is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on team member to join our growing business. This is a diverse role that combines warehouse operations, customer service, sales support and marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to be involved in all aspects of a modern wine business.

We're looking for someone with energy, initiative and a genuine passion for wine, hospitality or the food and beverage industry. Experience is great, but attitude is everything.

About the Role

n

You'll play an important role in keeping our business running smoothly, from preparing wine orders and managing stock through to assisting with events, wholesale sales and customer engagement.

n

No two days are the same.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer and trade orders.
n
- Receive deliveries and maintain warehouse organisation.
n
- Stock management and inventory control.
n
- Operate a forklift (or obtain a forklift licence if you don't already have one).
n
- Assist with local deliveries when required.
n
- Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships.
n
- Assist with email marketing and promotions.
n
- Help coordinate wine events, tastings and festivals.
n




- General administration and support across the business.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to work every day.
n
- Is reliable, organised and self-motivated.
n
- Enjoys working in a small team where everyone pitches in.
n
- Is physically capable of warehouse duties and lifting wine cartons.
n
- Has good computer skills and confidence using social media.
n
- Has a forklift licence or is willing to obtain one (essential).
n
- Has an interest in wine, hospitality or marketing (highly regarded).
n
