The Opportunity

n

As part of our continued growth in Queensland, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our Brisbane Corporate Services team and take ownership of our Executive & Business Support desk.

n

You'll have the opportunity to build and grow the desk without starting from scratch, with access to our existing client network, national accounts and relationships across the wider Core Talent business.

n

You'll have the autonomy to develop your market, backed by an experienced team and the resources of a national recruitment agency.

n

The Role

n

Taking ownership of the Executive & Business Support desk,



your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Building and developing client relationships
n
- Leveraging opportunities across our existing client network
n
- Developing new business within your market
n
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
n
- Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
n
- Building strong candidate networks and talent pipelines
n
- Developing your market knowledge and presence
n
- Collaborating with the wider Corporate Services team and Core Talent business
n

n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in agency recruitment
n
- Corporate Services or Business Support recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
n
- Confident building relationships with both clients and candidates
n
- Comfortable developing new business and creating opportunities
n
- Proactive and able to take ownership of your desk
n
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
n
- Motivated to build a robust network and presence within your market
n
