Responsibilities

n

Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader, this role will offer the successful candidate a wonderful opportunity to use your insurance knowledge and flair, working in a growing and high-performing team. The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, a commitment to excellence in client service, must be a team player and have ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. The role will involve:

- Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.
n
- Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level
n
- Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner
n
- Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio
n
- Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis
n

n

Qualifications

n

Minimum 2+ years' experience in property underwriting

n

Required Skills

n

n
- Understanding of quality service standards
n
- High level skills in organisation, time management & problem solving
n
- Currently based within commutable distance to Adelaide CBD
n

n

Preferred Skills

n

n
- Previous Strata specific Underwriting experience
n
- Knowledge of Strata Management Industry
n
- Established relationships in broker market
n

n
