You'll manage the financial and commercial narrative around a major capital project. This means gathering cost and change data from multiple sources, identifying documentation gaps, and creating compelling evidence-based reporting that demonstrates prudency and efficiencey.

It's hands-on and rigorous: you'll build reporting frameworks, reconcile project cost systems against regulatory structures, prepare board and shareholder materials, and ensure every major decision is documented and justified. The bar is high because regulators set it high.

This is not compliance busywork. You're stewarding a $1bn+ infrastructure project through a critical phase where accuracy, integrity, and transparent communication directly impact outcomes.

What we're looking for

You’ll have:

- 5+ years in complex mid to large projects (construction, infrastructure, transport, or utilities)
- Deep project controls discipline: cost control, change management, risk analysis, regulatory reporting
- CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent project controls credentials)




- Proven ability to synthesize complex data and turn it into clear, persuasive narratives
- Comfort working across stakeholder groups: delivery teams, finance, legal, regulators

You're pragmatic, detail-oriented, curious about cause and effect, and can move between technical analysis and boardroom communication without skipping a beat.
