THE ROLE

As Bar Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day operation of The Engine Room, leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring

n

every customer receives excellent service.

You'll:

- Lead shifts and support the smooth running of the venue
n
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and create a welcoming atmosphere
n
- Support the planning and delivery of live sport, entertainment, quizzes, and special events
n
- Help drive sales through excellent service and product knowledge
