The Role

n

As a Qualified Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of a wide range of residential, builder and commercial air conditioning systems throughout SEQ.

n

This role includes working on split systems, ducted systems, VRF systems, package units,



ventilation systems and commercial HVAC equipment across a variety of projects.

n

You'll work Monday to Friday with no after-hours call outs, supported by an experienced office and management team who understand the importance of good scheduling, communication and having the right parts and information available.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Installation of split systems, ducted systems, VRF systems and commercial HVAC equipment
n
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing
n
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs on residential and commercial systems
n
- Work across a variety of major air conditioning and refrigeration brands
n
- Complete detailed job notes, photos and reports accurately
n
- Provide excellent customer service and practical technical advice
n
- Liaise with the office team regarding parts, follow-up work and scheduling
n
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional presentation on site
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
n
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
n
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
n
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
n




- White Card
n
- Current First Aid and CPR/LVR certification (or able to obtain)
n
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Pride in your workmanship and commitment to safety
n
- The ability to follow company policies and procedures
n
- Good time management, punctuality and reliability
n
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
n
- Previous trade or mechanical experience highly regarded, but not essential
n
- Willingness to learn and develop within the HVAC industry
n
