Materials Coordinator Join a leading Australian manufacturer supplying premium horticultural and agricultural products nationwide. Due to continued growth, NX Blue is looking for a proactive, detail-orientated materials coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Coordinate procurement and material supply to maintain production requirements
n
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist with stock reconciliation processes
n
- Support inbound logistics and warehouse coordination activities
n
- Prepare and maintain reporting across inventory, scheduling, and supply chain performance metrics
n
- Liaise with raw material suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
n
- Work collaboratively with production planning,



manufacturing, and distribution teams
n
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy
n

n

About You

n

n
- 1–3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations
n
- Experience within a 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing, or warehousing environment highly regarded
n
- ERP system experience preferred, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
- Sound understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
