Job Description

KEMA Care Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker in the Northern Suburbs, VIC. This casual role focuses on supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their communities.

You will assist with daily living, promote wellbeing, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. A driver's license and checks (WWCC, NDIS) are required, with visa/work rights essential.
