Lifestyle Solutions in Forster NSW is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist customers to become more independent at home and in the community.

You will support 1-on-1 and 1-on-3 activities, provide personal care when required, and help clients engage with local programs, with epilepsy management and mental health awareness as part of daily duties. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
