Job Description

Sulo's is opening in West Gosford, and we're looking for experienced Grill Cooks / Kitchen All-Rounders to join our brand-new team.

You'll primarily work on our commercial lava rock grill cooking our chicken, lamb and Adana shish — but this is a varied, hands-on role involving all aspects of running a busy takeaway kitchen.

The role

- Cooking shish and grilled meats to order
n
- Daily food preparation and portioning
n
- Assembling and packing meals
n
- Maintaining food quality and presentation
n
- Stock control, receiving deliveries and assisting with ordering
n
- Customer service and takeaway orders when needed
n
- Cleaning and maintaining an organised kitchen
n
- Helping across other stations during busy periods
n

We're building a small, tight-knit team where everyone's role overlaps. You'll have your main responsibilities, but everyone helps with cooking, prep, customers,



stock and cleaning to keep service running smoothly.

About you

n

We're looking for someone with commercial kitchen and/or grill experience who is reliable, organised and confident working through a busy service.

n

You'll work quickly without sacrificing quality, communicate well with customers and your teammates, and be happy to jump in wherever you're needed.

n

Turkish or Middle Eastern cooking experience is great, but isn't essential — we can teach our food to a positive cook.
