Are you an experienced Motorcycle Technician — or an experienced Light Vehicle Technician looking to make the move into the motorcycle industry?

Worthington Prestige is looking for a motivated and skilled technician to join our growing Ducati and BMW Motorrad workshop team.

n

Whether you are an experienced motorcycle technician or a qualified automotive technician ready for a new challenge, we are happy to support the right person with the training and manufacturer development needed to make a successful transition into motorcycles.

About the Role

n

You will work as part of a skilled workshop team specialising in Ducati and BMW Motorrad, carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, warranty work and motorcycle preparation.

n

For the right candidate transitioning from light vehicles, we will provide appropriate training and support to build your motorcycle-specific knowledge and technical skills.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Performing servicing, repairs and diagnostics on Ducati and BMW Motorrad motorcycles
n
- Carrying out mechanical and electrical fault finding
n
- Completing warranty and recall work in line with manufacturer requirements
n
- Preparing motorcycles for customer delivery
n
- Completing accurate job cards, documentation and service records
n
- Working to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
n
- Supporting workshop efficiency and workflow
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider dealership team
n
- Continuing to develop your technical skills through manufacturer training
n

What We're Looking For

n

Experienced Motorcycle Technician

n
- Qualified Motorcycle Technician or significant industry experience
n




- Experience working on motorcycles preferred
n
- European motorcycle experience, particularly Ducati or BMW Motorrad, highly regarded
n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
- High attention to detail
n
- Professional attitude and pride in workmanship
n
- Current motorcycle licence
n

Light Vehicle Technician Looking to Transition

n

If you are a qualified Light Vehicle Technician with strong mechanical and diagnostic skills and have a genuine interest in motorcycles, we would love to hear from you.

n

You don't need to have years of motorcycle experience — we are willing to invest in the right person and provide the training and support required to develop your motorcycle-specific skills.
