We are actively seeking two experienced fast-paced retail managers for our Corporate Stores in Carrara North & Carrara South, QLD.

n

You must have full-time Australian work rights to be considered for this role

n

Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:

n

- Delight your customers with service and maintain store standards
n
- Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
n
- Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
n
- Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance
n

$77,030 base salary + 12% Super + 15% Bonus eligibility

The right candidate will have:

- Previous fast-paced management experience
n
- Passion and excitement for customer service
n




- Fast-paced leadership experience and willing to get your hands dirty!

- Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing workplace

- Strong communication and influencing skills
n
