- Location: Tully, QLD 4854, Lakeland, QLD 4871 Australia

- Full time permanent position
n
- Salary: $70,000 – $75,000
n
- Oversees the harvest of horticultural crops, packing and storage of horticultural produce
n
- Manage the output of the packing shed to cope with seasonal fluctuations in supply and demand
n




- Supervises horticultural farming routines and day-to-day horticultural production activities
n
- Provide training and supervision to team of horticultural farm workers,
n
- Maintain accurate records and comply with business requirements
n

n

Skills / Experience

n

n
- relevant Certificate IV or higher qualification
n
- at least one (1) years of relevant work experience
n
- proven ability to manage and lead a team
n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
n
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
n
- Ability to adapt to job specific software
n
