Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators for a major civil construction project commencing late August 2026, with work available through to January 2027.

We are looking for experienced operators across a range of machinery, with 15+ positions available.

Positions AvailableWe are currently seeking operators experienced on:

- Grader Operators
n
- Excavator Operators
n
- Watercart Operators
n
- Moxy / Articulated Dump Truck Operators
n
- Start Date: End of August 2026
n
- Project Duration: August 2026 – January 2027
n
- Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm
n
- Saturday Work: Potential Saturday work depending on the project program
n
- Work: Major civil construction / earthworks project
n

Project Details

- Start Date: End of August 2026

- Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am – 5:00pm

What We're Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience operating your nominated machine in a civil construction environment
n
- Relevant plant tickets / VOCs
n
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
- Reliable transport to and from site
n
- Ability to work Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work
n
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
- Ability to work as part of a skilled civil construction crew
n
