What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Diagnosing mechanical and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic tools and systems
n
- Carrying out complex repairs, engine work, and component replacements
n
- Ordering parts and liaising with the Parts Department
n
- Completing accurate job notes and service records
n
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices
n
- Staying up to date with Toyota service bulletins and repair procedures
n
- Conducting test drives and final inspections to ensure work quality and guest satisfaction
n

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced TMCA technicians who bring more than just technical ability. You will be a proactive team player with a high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for automotive innovation.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

n

n




- Trade qualifications as an automotive technician (Certificate III or equivalent)
n
- Proven diagnostic and repair experience in passenger vehicles
n
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently
n
- High standards of safety, workmanship, and guest service
n
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
n
- Additional post-trade certifications
n
- Experience mentoring apprentices
n
- Hybrid or electric vehicle knowledge or certification
n
