West Wimmera Health Service Nhill is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to support residents in a part time capacity, delivering group and individual activities within the Residential Aged Care setting.

You will collaborate with nursing and allied health staff, maintain accurate records, and tailor activities to residents' preferences and family involvement as part of a holistic lifestyle program.
