About The Role

n

We're looking for a motivated Radiographer to join our Dalby team on a full-time or part-time basis. This role is ideal for experienced clinicians, early-career Radiographers, or recent graduates eager to build confidence and expand their skill set in a supportive regional setting.

n

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, including X-ray and CT, while ensuring excellent patient care and image quality at all times. For junior Radiographers and graduates, structured CT training and ongoing mentorship will be provided.

n

You'll also be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, while still enjoying the autonomy and professional growth that comes with regional practice.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Performing high-quality X-ray and CT imaging in line with clinical protocols
n




- Participating in structured training and development, including CT upskilling for junior staff and graduates
n
- Delivering safe, respectful, patient-centred care at all times
n
- Assisting with interventional procedures where required
n
- Upholding radiation safety standards (ALARA principles)
n
- Contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
n

Is this role right for you?

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have

- Current AHPRA registration as a Radiographer
n
- Experience in General X-ray (preferred)
n
- CT experience (highly regarded but not essential—training provided)
n
- A strong commitment to patient-focused care and safety

- The ability to work both independently and within a team
n
- Good clinical judgement and problem-solving skills
n
- Full working rights in Australia
