About the Role

n

Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the safety, efficiency, and integrity of electrical systems across a variety of projects. The successful applicant will possess robust technical skills, a proactive approach to safety, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
n
- Carry out new electrical installations, renovations, maintenance, and fault-finding.
n
- Select, cut, and connect wires and cables to terminals and connectors.
n
- Use electrical and electronic testing equipment to diagnose faults.
n
- Repair and replace faulty wiring and defective components.
n




- Position and install electrical switchboards.
n
- Connect electrical systems to power supplies.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional communication.
n
- Attend scheduled safety meetings and daily pre-start meetings.
n
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Current Electrical Licence
n
- Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
n
- Minimum 2 years' experience working within the solar industry (highly desirable and advantageous)
n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Commitment to workplace safety
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Current Driver's Licence
n
