With ambitious growth plans and exciting new product categories on the horizon, we're now looking for an experienced Product Coordinator to strengthen and support our product offer.

The Product Coordinator will support the Product Development Manager in the coordination and execution of product development activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate product information, assisting with product lifecycle processes, and ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met. The position plays a key role in facilitating communication across teams, coordinating activity across stakeholders and supporting timely and effective product delivery.

The Product Coordinator coordinates product management activities across the business and ensures efficient communication across sales, marketing, operations, customer service, finance teams and with the KPS supplier base.

Responsibilities

n

Assist with coordinating current product development projects

n

Coordination of sample requests, product testing and approvals

n

Maintain accurate product information within ERP and other business applications

n

Create and update product specifications, descriptions, pricing and technical documentation

n

Assist in monitoring product performance and customer feedback

n

Coordinate product updates, packaging changes and product discontinuations

n

Liaise with suppliers regarding product specifications, artwork, packaging and delivery





n

Coordinate communication across product, sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance teams

n

Monitor warranty trends, coordinate warranty investigations and supplier product returns

n

Review and approve technical content used for marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues, promotions and websites

n

Qualifications and requirements (mandatory or desired)

n

Tertiary qualification in Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related discipline (Desired)

n

Experience in administrative, product, marketing, procurement r project coordination role

n

Proven project management capability

n

Experience within manufacturing / electrical products

n

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

n

Knowledge and Skills

n

Full bilingual professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken is highly desirable)

n

Strong commercial adn analytical skills

n

Proven project management capability

n

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

n

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

n

Collaborative working style, adept at working within team environments while also capable of working independently to achieve goals

n
