City of Geelong is seeking a Coordinator Membership Sales and Customer Experience to lead membership sales, administration and customer experience across the Swim, Sport & Leisure network. You will develop and implement membership strategies, sales processes and admin systems.

You will lead a team of Membership Sales Officers, foster a customer-focused culture, monitor performance and use data to drive improvements.
