About the Prospect
n
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Product Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this role will be responsible for driving the positioning, promotion and ongoing success of the company's product portfolio.
n
Working across product launches, reseller engagement, sales enablement and technical product content, you will ensure products are accurately represented in the market while supporting sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
n
Key Outcomes of the Role:
n
PRODUCT POSITIONING & PORTFOLIO
n
n
- Responsible for the positioning and marketing of Chatoyer's existing product portfolio
n
- Identify portfolio gaps and recommend improvements
n
- Ensure consistency of product messaging, branding and technical communication across all materials
n
n
PRODUCT LAUNCHES & PRICING
n
n
- Coordinate launch activities for new and updated products
n
- Manage the implementation and communication of pricing updates to resellers and the sales team
n
n
PRODUCT CONTENT & SALES ENABLEMENT
n
n
- Develop product-focused educational content, training materials and how-to guides
n
- Build sales enablement tools, case studies and instructional content for the sales team and resellers
n
- Support reseller capability through product‐specific training content
n
n
RESELLER & CHANNEL MARKETING
n
n
- Develop reseller‐focused marketing programs, campaigns and support materials
n
- Supply product updates and promotional content for reseller communications
n
n
PRODUCT DATA & TECHNICAL ACCURACY
n
n
- Ensure product databases, technical information and descriptions remain accurate and current
n
- Coordinate acquisition of product photography, dimensions, specifications and technical information from suppliers
n
- Custodian of technical product information across the website and sales materials
n
n
PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
n
n
- Keeps informed of new products, market trends and innovation
n
- Keeps informed of marketing best practices, platforms and legislation
n
- Participates in continuous improvement programs
n
n
INTERNAL POLICIES
n
n
- Complies with Company procedures, relevant acts, and with ethical/professional standards
n
n
About You
n
You are someone who:
n
n
- Has at least 1 to 2 years marketing experience including leadership or supervisory responsibility
n
- Demonstrated experience managing activities across brand and digital marketing channels
n
- Previous experience managing external agencies, freelancers and marketing suppliers
n
- Experience within B2B, industrial, technical or reseller‐based environments
n
- Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy.
n
- Is reliable, punctual and comfortable working on-site full time.
n
- Communicates professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Is proactive, accountable and follows through on commitments.
n
- Works well in a small team environment and brings a positive, can‐do attitude.
n
n
A Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of Adobe Suite / Canva or equivalent design platforms
