We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Intermediate Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of accounting services including taxation, financial reporting and business advisory.

Key responsibilities

n

n
- Bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Preparing and lodging BAS, IAS, and payroll obligations
n
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes
n
- Maintaining accurate financial records and general ledger accounts
n
- Assisting with budgeting and cash flow reporting
n
- Liaising with clients
n
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management reports
n
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations
n
- Tax Return preparation
n

About you

n

n
- Degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field
n
- 1 to 5 years accounting experience (Junior to Intermediate level)
n
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and Australian taxation requirements
n
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Studying toward or completed CPA qualification (desirable)
n
