RACV in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end technology and business transformation initiatives across agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver lasting outcomes.
You will lead workshops, map current and future processes, define metrics and acceptance criteria, produce BRDs and user stories, and support transition to BAU while contributing to the BA Practice.
