Palladium is seeking a Risk and Safeguarding Manager to establish the cross‑cutting risk, safety and safeguarding function within the NCP PSU, supporting DFAT and Australian higher education partners.

You will design and implement a Risk and Safeguards Management Plan, develop policies and tools, coordinate incidents, and build capability across the program while aligning with governance standards.
