Job Description
Next Door Espresso is looking for a solid, calm and confident FOH Supervisor with the opportunity to progress into a Level 4 Venue Manager position.

We are looking for someone with previous hospitality leadership experience who can confidently lead a busy café floor, take ownership of service and, most importantly, learn and uphold the systems and standards that make Next Door run well.

You will initially join us as a FOH Supervisor, giving you the opportunity to learn the Next Door way, understand our team and operations, and demonstrate your ability to lead within our systems.

For the right person, the goal is to progress into a Level 4 management position
