About the Role

n

Based at our production facility in Bilbul, you will be responsible for undertaking required laboratory operations and analysis in accordance with our quality system and for maintaining a safe and clean working environment within the laboratory. You will also be identifying out of specification results / analysis to escape for further action and ensure all laboratory operations are conducted in a compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laboratory sampling, microbiological testing and analysis in accordance with established procedures.

- Operate, calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.

- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, quality documentation and equipment calibration records.
n




- Perform internal and external quality control testing to ensure results meet required quality standards.

- Identify and investigate out-of-specification results and non-conformances, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying laboratory issues and implementing effective solutions.
n
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with quality, food safety, health and safety requirements.
n
- Collaborate effectively with the Quality Assurance, Laboratory and production teams to support the delivery of high-quality products.

About You

n

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual with excellent oral & written communications skills. The successful candidate will also be versatile, adaptable and possess sound attention to detail. A knowledge of laboratory quality systems and standards or qualification in Food Technology, or science would be highly advantageous.
