Allocation & Replenishment Analyst - Platypus

We are looking for a driven and detail focused Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join the Platypus team on a fixed term 12 month contract!

n

You will play a key role in managing stock flow across the business, working closely with Planning, Buying and Retail teams to ensure stores are set up to achieve sales and performance targets.

n

What you will be doing

n

n
- Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability
n
- Monitor and maintain store stock levels and overall inventory performance
n
- Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights
n
- Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell through and minimise stock issues
n
- Allocate new range indents and support seamless, on time product launches
n
- Support new store openings with end to end stock coordination
n
- Proactively manage stock on hand SOH including consolidation of inventory across the network
n
- Contribute to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis
n
- Manage store gradings,



profiles and core line performance
n
- Partner with stores, warehouse and customer experience teams to ensure smooth stock flow
n
- Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries and warehouse stock levels
n

What you bring

- Previous experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning preferred
n
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
n
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
n
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
n
- A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to work in a quick paced environment
n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
n
