We have contracts with Australia's largest and smaller volume builders, as well as securing large-scale commercialprojects through successful tendering. This allows us to offer diverse and ongoing work opportunities for our team.

Due to increased growth we are looking to expand our team of Screeders, Waterproofers and Caulkers

n

Skills & Experience Required:

n

n
- Experience in the Domestic and Commercial Building Industry is an advantage
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
n
- Positive communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage time effectively
n
- Ability to quickly learn new skills and processes
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to completing tasks to the highest standard
n
- Demonstrate Honesty and Integrity in all aspects of the job
n




- Ability to adapt to different work environments and customer expectations
n
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday and adhere to consistent work hours
n
- Fluent in both speaking and writing in English
n
- Hold a valid current White Card for workplace safety
n
- Hold a valid Victorian Driver's Licence (manual preferable)
n

The Successful Applicant Will:

n

n
- Drive our company vehicle with paid fuel work-related trips
n
- Have all tools and equipment provided to complete your tasks efficiently
n
- Screed various surfaces in preparation for further Waterproofing treatments in accordance with the Industry codes
n
- Perform Waterproofing tasks to ensure protection against water damage in accordance with Industry Codes
n
- Work with various materials and tools to ensure high-quality finishes
n
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
n
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional attitude while representing our Company
n

Be willing to undergo random Drug & Alcohol Testing

n

n
- Company vehicle provided for work-related travel, with paid fuel

- All tools provided to complete your tasks
n
- Training in our procedures will be provided to ensure you're fully supported
n
- Willingness to obtain a Cert III in Waterproofing qualification
n
