About the Role
n
As an Occupational Therapist at Brilliant Life Services, you will provide evidence-based, person-centred therapy to NDIS participants of all ages.
n
Working collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support teams, you will help people build independence, achieve meaningful goals and improve your quality of life.
n
Your work may include:
n
n
- Community visits
n
- Home visits
n
- School visits
n
- Telehealth services (where appropriate)
n
n
No two days are the same.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments
n
- Complete Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
n
- Deliver ongoing therapy interventions
n
- Develop therapy goals and treatment plans
n
- Prescribe Assistive Technology
n
- Complete Home Modification assessments (experience desirable but not essential)
n
- Prepare high-quality NDIS reports
n
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
n
- Liaise with families, support coordinators and other stakeholders
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
n
n
About You
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
n
- Current AHPRA Registration
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
- Reliable motor vehicle
n
- Professional Indemnity Insurance (if contracting)
n
n
