Omni Group is seeking a hands-on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing QLD team. This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites
n
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)
n
- Set up and test new and returned equipment
n
- Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours
n
- Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations
n
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers
n

n

Success in this role looks like:

n

n
- Up to 15 services completed per week
n
- Timely and accurate service reporting
n
- Strong customer relationships and satisfaction
n




- Identification of additional service opportunities
n

n

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role
n
- Solid mechanical aptitude
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
n
- High attention to detail
n

n

Requirements:

n

n
- Physically fit and reliable
n
- Limited electrical license(preferred but not required)
n
