Northside Orthodontics is seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team and support a welcoming patient experience in a 4-day-a-week role (Mon–Fri) with a weekly rostered day off and one late-night shift (Tue or Fri until 8pm), starting at 10am on that day.
As the first point of contact, you’ll manage appointments, respond to enquiries, and maintain patient records with confidentiality while collaborating with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly.
